I thought the original guidance was , confidentiality was paramount . we were told that QAD would not look at individual reports . I accept that procedures should be in place and should be examined . Has this process changed from what we were told originally ?

if the company is UK resident , but the director signing is abroad , which country's rules apply to signatures ?
